I don't know if anyone has touched on the benefit to MIN wanting to have NWE as operator so that they aren't burdened by the news flow and potential of failed future wells etc. 20% seems like a pretty good deal for them to be able to only announce positive news when ready as they have just done.

And like any business relationship/model: if it's working why change? I would like to see them explore and exploit the entire permits. Hand in hand. Mutually ecstatic.
