Both positives and negatives from capital raise... On the positive side, straight placement to insto's quick and easy... Takes short term cash pressures off... On the negative side, the same insto's will probably sell on any price strength.. Also, existing shareholders should be annoyed at not having access to shares at 8.25c... Can't see too much share price out performance until later in year when/if deal finalised... At least the directors have enough cash now to keep paying themselves $1m+ a year...
