The smart part of the structure is that there is a 1 for 10 option to ALL shareholders at the record date of 24th Sep.

That means if you sell your shares before then you don’t get the options or alternatively if you buy shares post the trading halt being lifted you will get the options - hopefully that helps the post market.

Options have a 9.1c strike and super short expiry of 23/10/21. If you exercise your options you will receive another option with a strike of 20c. Expiry is around 2 years and the options will be listed.

Very clever structure so well don’t to the bankers on this one.

Lots of near term catalysts too. GLTAH

So approx 80 million shares @ 9.1c for a raise of $7.35 million.

Holders get 1:10 options so about 80 million options @ 9.1c if exercised equals another $7.35 million.

Those that exercise get another 1:10 option @ 20c if all exercised equals approx $16 million.

Smart way of potentially raising over $30 million.

Only guessing until facts are released.
