A few thoughts:
• I think IOU will increase their stake in IDSB as soon as more becomes available - this is a strategic investment - limited only by their cash reserves today and willingness of owners to sell
• I see this investment in 3 parts:
- 1 part bond yielding 10%;
- 1 part power-play to deepen their position in the Malaysian financial market;
- 1 part business opportunism - bringing some cross-overs / 2-way upsells
• I think this investment will play out slowly - but it can help a number of future scenarios - eg help them get favour on various decisions
• the main game remains - rapid on-boarding of merchants and customers
• I don't think we will have to wait very long for good news on those fronts
• Bring on the next update
