BYE usually have good form releasing to market so they must have some uncertainty to report noting following the last announcement. Could be a downstream issue as noted ~80% of oil and gas production from the gulf remains offline, its fair to say this couldnt of happened at a worse time for BYE with income curtailed at the same time as drilling costs escalate .....
