Might be, but many bought in much lower and will want a profit, while others have been waiting for some direction from the coy - that direction has now been shown with the latest announcement.
The sp will cycle around a little for a while, but there is progress finally and many who bought at these levels or lower will hang around for the ride.
On the other hand, it only took 15min for the naysayers to come out - nothing had changed it seems, rampers will always be with us...
