The way I see it, it's a bonus that he's done a deal with LDA, Peter obviously negotiated a good price instead of dumping the shares on-market, therefor avoiding the kind of SP carnage LDN caused a couple of years ago when he sold shares to pay his tax bill.
It also says to me that LDA is obviously happy enough to buy at a higher price, maybe there's a hint there, maybe BRN are unlikely to need further funding after the completion of the current deal, HMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!
