There is logic in what you're saying. When the SP approaches the exercise price of options they become a better bet. I too have loaded up on CTPO. The chart below shows the correlation between CTP & CTPO & shows the % gain in investment on each. With the CTP SP now within 2c of the exercise price of the CTPO's they become more atractive to buyers...especially since they still have 4 1/2 years to run.
