I'm afraid there isn't much that AB can do here.

I'm not sure there is a conspiracy but let's assume there is one:

If Edelweiss is playing hard ball then that's up to them. They now have weeks to come up with the official bidder's statement so unless AB can find another bidder or come up with some solid profitability for this quarter, showing that the company is worth 1 cent, then nothing is going to move it from here if Edelweiss doesn't want it to move.

Edelweiss must have prepared this long before the offer was made so for all we know they could be trading shares between themselves until the cows come home.

I fear that NWT doesn't have anything to report atm. The presentation they released yesterday is really nothing worth mentioning as we know all that already. Looks more like a desperate attempt to move the share price higher than the take over offer. I doubt it will work. Look at the seller side... 120 Million shares up for grabs at 7!
