Big buyer could just be calling the bluff and hoping the announcement was to shake off small holders and give the sp a chance to slide. It's probably more speculation than insider trading imo
they've outlined that ords and pref shares could all face dialution. What are everyone's opinions on possible outcomes for Beppa? BBi is facing dilution that's for sure (unless they have another card up their sleeve i.e asset sale)
Dis- beppa only, traded bbi today for a small profit, will be looking at more beppa and bbi when the price/time/conditions are right.
