How is this any different to anywhere else (read Australia) that immediately claims a state of emergency and then proceeds to dictate restrictions without transparent development, rigorous scientific basis, or cost-benefit analyses..? ... and despite those emergency powers supposedly requiring directions to be reasonable and proportionate, there is apparently no clear and documented analysis or assessment... e.g. "if you think the restrictions are unreasonable, sue the govt"...??? Yeah, good luck with that.
Why can't they provide the documented analysis and assessment?
Why are they all dodging accountability and all claiming to be acting on (i.e. hiding behind) the advice of others...?
