Can any accountants out there clarify the JV equity method stuff (see note 8 in the report iirc) ...?
(I found the above info online, searching for some clarification)
Is the so-called "profit" listed in the report simply due to a revaluation of AGY's interest in Puna's assets (plant/equipment etc), or is it related to actual income (profit) of the JV entity?
Sounds to me like it is NOT actually "income" or "profit" as it appears to be, but more likely just a reflection of the increased value of Puna Mining S.A.
Hmmmmm.....
