I agree, the stock seems very cheap on face value, you have a solid business with well known brands, you now include a fast growing, successful, E commerce business being bought at very attractive multiples and you wonder what the CEO who is on 700K wicket is doing with his investments - because there are not many business demonstrating above traits and trading at forward PE of circa 10 ! Same applies to other directors..
