Hi Rythex - what exactly are you bullish on here? I like the digital infrastructure thematic more than most, I think its on a winner... though Guam? Edge data centres in Cambodia? There really hasn't been any coherent strategy of what they are trying to create...
360 had a good win on NEXTDC's property REIT though the fact they have sold out suggests their path to 'riches' by just investing in anything broadly related to data centres or similar was misguided... Just don't see why people are buying in here... Not negative, like the thematic, just doesn't appear a coherent strategy that has ever been put to securityholders...
