For someone who is not a neuromorphic network engineer, understanding PvdM's inventions as disclosed in the patent specifications can be like bottling sunbeams. You think you have grasped it, but then it's gone.
I have to constantly refer back to the words and pictures to try to fix these ideas in my mind.
