The cleansing notice says there is no information the company is knowingly withholding.
Thing is though, the results from the JV with Salazar still haven’t been announced. I don’t think it matters if they’re good or not, doesn’t PAK have a legal obligation to announce them to its share holders? Makes me think the delays have been huge or something else is going on behind the scenes ♂️
The fact nothing has been announced or updated in over 4 months is very strange and I’d have thought this information is very important for investors to know before they can make their mind up to participate in the cap raise or not.
