I'm inclined to agree.
The data may suggest ranging, possibly with a slower uptrend
(higher highs and higher lows still evident), on a, roughly, weekly cycle.
Something I heard recently may suggest people are avoiding testing
out of fear for their jobs. These are people who may be likely to actually
have the virus, not just also-rans in the queue. Just a thought on reduced
cases.
On the plus side the weather in the Emerald City is just about sparkling
today. Lots of UV radiation killing the virus on sight. Another vector
of reduced contagion?
The coppers seem to want to keep people indoors spreading the virus.
Just dumb.
