I believe that our share price is so much undervalued for a few reasons.
1. We are in Africa DRC, so not good for sovereign risk. Military takeovers seem the norm in Africa.
2. We have to pay for the whole deal and then we only have 60% of the project.
3. BHP, RIO OR FMG willl likely wait for production before risking any money in DRC. They don't like getting just over half of the spoils.
But on the positive, this will be a cash cow and if nobody takes it over then we will all see it come to fruition and become a dividend fountain for all.
