You had best contact Automic group. They were very very quick to reply to my email.
I don't think you can do a direct debit, unless you mean an EFT which is fine.
But you do need to quote your unique code number which Automic will give you when you transfer your money, this number needs to be added as a reference, or they will not know who you are.
They actually emailed me the form, all sorted in a few hours.
