Question..would it be unreasonable for ASIC to suspend the AS and X if a bogus report containing false allegations about their organisation were written, for instance, by a proxy adviser. The answer I would think is ...Yes!, it would be unreasonable.

In my opinion I believe there to be a treasure-trove of reasons to be revealed that will put the spotlight on the illegality of the AS and X suspension on Isignthis.
