It's a very difficult website to navigate. They really need to neaten it up a bit. No mention of 490 deaths that I can see.
Here's some things I found - direct quotes from the TGA.
To 5 September 2021, the TGA has received 110 reports mentioning GBS occurring after vaccination with Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca).
To 5 September 2021, the TGA has received 66 reports of suspected ITP following vaccination.
To 5 September 2021, we have received 370 reports of suspected myocarditis and/or pericarditis following vaccination with Comirnaty (Pfizer).
To date, there have been 132 cases of TTS assessed as related to the Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) vaccine from approximately 10.2 million vaccine doses.
So far, the TGA has found that 9 reports of deaths were linked to immunisation from 516 reports received and reviewed. These deaths occurred after the first dose of the Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) vaccine – 8 were TTS cases and 1 was a case of immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).
