“Relevant revenues should start to appear as early as September 2021, with material revenues derived from this agreement during Q4/2021.”
Unless the sales pipeline is pre stacked there is no way a tech reseller will get you “material” revenues in the first few months. Their sales force, and then their customers, have to learn about and then appreciate the product(s) first. The next step will be the end users' internal procurement processes - only then will orders start to materialise. (@ the risk of telling you what you already know) Given Halo is an unique offering all this will take more than a few weeks IMO.
Hence my question about the board having to tell us soon about revenues this year being less than stellar.
Though @energe what do you know about the other reseller agreements this month and next quarter you are eluding to?
