    Hi yavanna,

I think and I could be totally wrong in my observations is that the sharemarket investing as we have used to know it is changing rapidly.

Investing is not as straight forward as it was say 4 years ago.
Even the best companies that have money in the bank and turn profits are being sold down merciless.
    And why??

Because the ASX allows it to happen.
When market sentiment is bad as we see today with the spot iron ore prices falling, and talk that the Chinese have stocked up to the tilt on iron ore and metals, the bots are going for it at full speed.

They will work market sentiment to their advantage by pushing the SP down wiht small parcels even 1 share at the time.
If you follow this game you will be able to see how the negative sentiment magnifies now and instead of falling say 3% the SP falls now double or more that amount at times.

Even capping that the bots are very capable off is wide spread imho and stops the SP going as fast up as it would have done before this kind of trading started.

We will all have to adjust our investing and trading strategie to incooperate this bot behaviour.

Stop losse have become a close to suicide, with bots being able to pull in stop losses only to let the SP rise the next day so they can cream off their small profit.

A profit that becomes big over time as the bots keep off creaming the profits when the shareprice rises and make sure the push it down extra deep if sentiment is negative so they can get their fill.

With AGO it is no different imho short selling aother "great" financial play tool does not help in this situation.

We need good news comiong from AGO to flush this behaviour out and to come back to fair value.
Only good news will attract those new investors that can help us moving forwar.

But the bots will stay with us.

    Good luck

And AGO having still heaps of cash in the bank can withstand a few bumps, before we have to serious have to worrie about htis all.

    jojo
