Ah i see, thankyou for the reply ecsc.

I was a holder of the ordinary shares, not the notes, so i`m guessing only the noteholders received information about this.

I hope for a good result for those noteholders who put money forward in this case. I wrote my loss off awhile ago now, but will keep checking in to see how things progress,
