Yeah, i know what you mean, i'm pondering that too.
i currently have a buy in for more FEX as i'm hopeful to catch the Dividend when it arrives.
i do see what you mean though.
For my investment property, it makes sense to sell it, but i dont think i can bring myself to do it.
