I forget who it was who pointed this out, but it seems that the judiciary is ineffective in such corporate matters.
ASIC may say that they have no resources to battle 10 barristers including 5 silks and they would be right.
This means that the banks and other big instutions like them have more power than the government, which is a touch scary.
The balance is set in politics. OP clients are minimal in number and therefore poweless at the polling booth.
Forget right and wrong here, and anyone who thinks we are any better than China, Russia, India, etc. as far as treating their people fairly is concerned, is simply dreaming.
"Fair go for all". ROFL.
