I don't quite get it. According to the letter, the AFR article came out after the trading halt was announced, so there was no chance to trade on the info. I have seen that a lot with raises whereby the press reports on raising before the trading halt is lifted.
Is this issue the short amount of time between trading halt announcement and the article and the inference that press timelines would imply that AFR already knew to get the article out so quickly?
The wording though seems to be that the AFR reported on the raising while it was being conducted. I know technically the instos that are party to the raise are bound by confidentiality, but I have seen leaks happen on numerous occasionally without the ASX ticket.
