Good news. Areas around Dalby got 5-8mm on Monday and then 16-22mm on Friday night. I rang a townie mate at Kingaroy. He didn't have a gauge but estimated they got 'about 10mm.' All in all very heartening and forecast for early next week is hopeful. We need another 50-60mm over next few weeks to really see the wheat through... so here is hoping.
