I remember a poster here a while back before we ended the 3 month talk about how even if they agreed, we wouldnt see a term sheet signed for months anyway confirming exactly what the deal entails.

Roly has cherry picked Term Sheet in his announcements - so you know they are finalising up the deal, and rather say yes we signed and annouce that and leave it at that weeks ago would have had the goon squad flare up like a cole sore going "but but what about abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz" on repeat.

Least this way when its signed and done all those questions will be answered -- again.
