Hallelujah...at last, some common sense.
Suspect if NME SH's accept the offer then MCT would then do a consolidation of shares.
The offer would see MCT's shares expand an extra 1,284,383,631....if I'm reading the offer correctly, which would mean MCT's total shares being 3,428,155,163.
A 10:1 consolidation would reduce that to 342.8m SOI.....with a SP at 10c.
IMO this is exactly what's needed so this project can continue to expand and I'm sure will attract a far greater interest with 100% ownership which could see some sustainable capital inflows by large investors.
