The worst part with the management is that not even trying to get better! So here is a reason for the board to stay quiet, and by default they talking down the share price! watch this space before end of October there will be a takeover bid by the two directors in Australia via the Australian investment company to hold half of the investment from Hong Kong! Australian company with a director that still has a Chinese Hong Kong and Australian citizenship "Dual Citizenship"! That will allow the Australian part of the company to make a takeover bid! And the board will get a huge bonus! I believe the board is only working for part of the shareholders, they know they will get out of this better of ! Then the smaller investors as like us! I can't explain the silence any other way! And they don't even seems to worry about options that are due, so obviously something is going on that will be good for them, and bad for investors!
