I agree with you if you are buying the CTPO now, but if you are entering the market at say when CTP is at $1.00, the market efficiency theory says that CTPO should be approx .84c.
Or say CTP at $2.00, CTPO should be $1.84 etc, etc.
The higher the price for entering the market, the less attractive CTPO becomes to enter.
