It should also tell us that new conversion facilities are coming online. We know that these new converters don’t have off takes. Who would they be getting product from? SA production is having problems ramping and the incumbents use much for their own facilities and off takes. Most Oz spod is accounted for. Sustained higher prices for longer IMO and much worse than being quoted. If Wodgina ramps up to supply spot before their own LiOH facility is commissioned, the spot may be pressured down slightly then.
