I'm currently saving with the gf for a place, for a year or so I've been banging on about the correction that will occur in the housing market. I'm almost at the point where i can't see it occurring in the middle to lower end of the market anymore.

The resilience of our economy has been astounding so far, obviously having the 5th biggest stimulus in GDP terms for a country not in economic strife will of course do that.

Still hoping one day that the correction will occur, maybe rising interest rates will bring this on, i'm sure hoping it will....
