I got to say - the whole obsession with 'manipulation' or 'bots' etc. is sometimes the thing that frustrates me. All trades are manipulations. Someone makes a transaction, and hopes that the transaction works to their advantage. Whether a retailer with 2k portfolio, or Credit Suisse moving millions and loaning to short etc. This idea that the ASX should be shut down because someone is robbing you etc. - it's just way off track.

It's all short term. It's all trading. Long term - if companies perform, if they multiply their revenue, if they generate new areas of growth and forge new customer segments, none of that shit matters. If you invest in a company because you think they are on a path to success, you shouldn't be frustrated or concerned with day to day games, because in the long run, it works out the same - if IOU's roadmap succeeds - you win.
