1.3c keeps getting loaded back up and this is not to acquire at 1.2c as none are going through at that price .....it is thus purely to slowly offload a large holding without scaring the price lower......ask yourself why we continue to see large holders exiting.....it is never a good sign and usually means noise is in the market regarding a CR or something even worse......guessing both due to the lack of corporate communications.
