    Im in share MTC and they are spinning off a lithium asset

    The existing s/h's who own the asset will get a in specie distribution 0f 1:3.5 based on # of MTC shares owned

    Given this is an asset owned by, we the s/h's...why isnt it a similar allocation...free rather than purchase?

    Just wondering?
