AX1 was at $2 on 17/2/2020 before big covid sell off. It now has has at least 4 months of over half their business closed (july - october) and according to last report reducing EBIT $7.5m per month. So doing the sums that is $30m reduction in EBIT and that is best case. Who knows WTF these State premiers are doing next. ACT annouced today locked down until 15 October.
AX1 is a great company but it is going to take a big hit to the bottom line
It was trading at $1.60 around the time they released FY20 results of $87.2m EBIT. EBIT for FT21 was $124.9m (how much of this is job keeper?)
