If a CR is required for a key organisational transition to commercialisation then I am in support of it. I do believe however, if A3D Management can make a few juicy announcements prior to a CR (Phase 4 completion, more companies they're in talks with, in-depth commercialisation roadmap, etc) they will get more bang for their buck. Feed us investors news for a couple of weeks to get that trading average price up and then drop a CR if need be.
