There's definately more people wanting to buy but that's a cultural thing and a philosophy that's been baked into us at a younger age. But it's changing. Many younger professionals see other opportunities to use their capital and a house appears to be something that bogs them down rather than sets them free, as many younger people want to travel, invest etc. I'm definately in this category.
