Must admit I beg to differ on a few points…
1) Imo takeovers tend to happen in new industries most of the time when construction been done and some guage of success and earnings can be evaluated. Lots of gold minors get taken over by other goldies when they see a resource- but in fledgling industries makes more sense to let the minnow do all the work, spend all the money and see what margins are like after that.
2) We’re not a dollar because it’s not permitted, not built and markets waiting to see our production, figures and earnings. Take the potash industry where some early Aus producers- SO4 & Kll have got hammered due to cost and time blowouts!

# If this comes off as expected then share holders who’ve put good money in at the low prices- was 6c not long ago- then they reap the spoils for holding long term and the bigger risks associated. Many other investors will wait on sidelines waiting for further derisking.
