Some may be interested, I have just updated my page on how to value a company and get an idea how its share price relates to others and the industry.
In summary:
If you pay 5 cents for RAU, you would be paying around $30.00 per ounce of resource. That is the Enterprise Value per Ounce atm.
In other words, every $30 you spend gives you leverage/exposure on one oz.
Apart from a few key, debated factors which have yet to be played out, there are no reasons why RAU should not be anywhere from 5 to 8 times this as a producer. That would then place them on a par with other comparable companies.
Here's the link to my mining & investment page if you want background.
