sp of BSL is keeping low and relatively steady these days, I have some feelings that the big players are building up some chips, thus purposely keep the sp low. my evidence is the relatively low volume these days, and there are always big orders on the 2nd and 3rd buys in market depth.
I am new to the market, might be wrong.
