Ninie, for current shareholders, it is a terrible short term announcement, and a terrible announcement for anyone that has bought for more then the current share price, or did not sell when it was up.
For the overall long term success of the company however, it is a positive announcement. It will clear up a lot of their debt, and it secured their future. Prior to the announcement, I don't believe the majority of shareholders fully comprehended how bad things actually were with Capral.
