the pellet mix is fine, TGR even have the ingredients on their website. It’s pretty identical to what is used in all the major poultry produces (chicken carcasses go through a rendering process which turns the discarded crap that can’t be sold back into pellets, which is then fed back to the flock!). But birds being a filthy animal and known for terrible disease outbreaks, I can imagine would have a whole heap of other interesting things in their feed. Then you have pork & beef again with so many other problems - mad cow, foot rot and many others. What is added to those mixes, pretty sure they aren’t just eating grass in a nice sunny paddock.
Then evolve it into fruit & vege. Extremely susceptible to various plant diseases and pest infestation. So the amount of pre and post harvest pesticides plus the addition of whatever water & who knows what fertiliser and soil is used.
And do I dare embark on all the process used to then convert raw food product into value added product? Because baby I know everything that goes into food production.
And you can’t change this process it’s locked in, it’s a necessity to maintain the integrity of our food supply and to unlock export markets.
Everyone is a machine so you shouldn’t really care about what you eat. You just need to focus on (getting ya jab) working, eating and taking a dump and then repeat that process day in day out, we are no different to the food we eat - programmed.
We spent countless life times to get to this point, so who has the right to question our way of life. It’s just fine isn’t it?
