I like this much better then an SPP because I know upfront the amount of shares that I will be getting and know there is no scale back. Much fairer to long term and larger shareholders as well because with an SPP the guy with 5,000 shares gets to apply for the same number of shares as the guy with 5,000,000 and then both get scaled back the same amount.
