One of the reasons for no significant share price movement today could be the unknown flow rates to the market . How much water they are producing with this oil and how it would effect the over all cost like if any further treatments required . The good thing is that crude is light and sweet , hence no problem of poisonous H2S gas ( Which increase the production cost & health risk ) and easy to separate from the water as it is light. However, we still don't know how much is Oil, water, Gas and NGL cut . Once this is known , the investors may have more confidence.
I could be wrong on this , Just a thought.
