    Good to see bridging loan gone. 100% rent collection last two months. 18 months of sales at BV or higher.
    With much lower gearing and consistent transactional evidence validating the NTA, NTA may finally start to be a useful measure of value.
    Feels like the stock will grind higher from here with some possibility of a more substantial move if they execute the "capital market opportunity" they keep talking ad nauseum about.
