I guess I am reading this differently than you. I says "conditional" based on "Sayona and Piedmont agreeing". It does not say based on "Keith agreeing". So whether Keith agrees or not is immaterial as a contract has to have approval of both parties. Again I think the 2 companies have a common goal and they will likely sort out an arrangement that works for BOTH.
