thats what I thought....rig is not mobilised, there is no confirmation of this from RRS or AOI, but just confirming that the process to seek a rig has been initiated.
Even though RRS tells us Dahoor will be drilled in 4th quarter 2009, AOI tells us "In the Dharoor block in Somalia, interpretation of newly acquired seismic is nearing completion. Drilling of the first well is anticipated in the first quarter of 2010."
why doesnt this surprise me?
